All In One

Custom built on a 10ft platform, the Concessionaire provides an 3 1/2 feet of cargo room. Along with the 25sq ft of storage under the oven you can carry just about all the essential pieces of equipment all on one trailer. This cargo area is large enough to carry a 5ft refrigerated pizza prep table. The prep table allows you to have access to all your ingredients directly on the countertop all while keeping foods safely cooled underneath.

This is our best selling model for good reason. As your business expands the Concessionaire will expand with you.

Refrigeration Options

There is no need to be confined by ice and coolers or limited by health department regulations. Commercial refrigerated is an essential health department requirements for a mobile restaurant license. Included with the concessionaire are lightweight and removable ramps that make it simple to unload the table and store conveniently in the storage compartment. Refrigeration sold separately. In addition, Forno Bravo ovens are UL listed and NSF approved.
